Our Express Shipping service delivers your order within 1-2 business days after processing across all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day, so you could receive your package as early as the next business day. This service includes real-time tracking and signature confirmation.

Express Shipping (1-2 days): $16.99 CAD for orders under $95, FREE for orders $95+ CAD
Standard Shipping (3-5 days): $10.99 CAD for orders under $65, FREE for orders $65+ CAD
Overnight Shipping (1 day): $32.99 CAD for all orders, $24.99 CAD for orders $195+ CAD

Yes! We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. However, we cannot ship to PO boxes. All deliveries require adult signature verification (19+) due to the nature of our products.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can track your package using this number on our website or the Canada Post website. We also offer SMS updates and delivery alerts to keep you informed throughout the shipping process across Canada.

Since adult signature is required for all deliveries (19+), you must be present to receive your package. If you're not available, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery. You can also arrange to pick up your package at a local post office or reschedule delivery for a convenient time.

Address changes are possible only if your order hasn't been processed yet. Contact our customer service team immediately at (720) 555-6789 or email info@mo-revapes.com. Once your order has shipped, address changes must be made directly with Canada Post.

All our shipments include insurance coverage. If your package is lost or damaged during transit within Canada, contact us immediately. We'll file a claim with Canada Post and either send a replacement or provide a full refund. Express and Overnight shipping include full insurance coverage, while Standard shipping includes insurance up to $130 CAD.

Currently, we don't offer same-day delivery. However, our Overnight Shipping service provides next business day delivery for urgent orders to major Canadian cities. If you place your order before 2 PM EST and select Overnight Shipping, your package will be delivered the next business day.
